Whether you have one pet or a whole menagerie, we take into account the number and type of pets, duration of the booking, and any special requirements you may have.Our sitters are fully insured with decades of experience handling a wide range of animals, ensuring the highest level of care for your much loved pets.Additionally, our sitters all come from a service background (think 6* cruise lines and Michelin standard Maitre'Ds) so you can trust us to manage your home with the utmost care and attention to detail.While we primarily service the South West of England, we are happy to discuss locations further afield.If you'd like a customised quote, please go to our Contact page and email us with the details of your pets and the sit so we can get back to you with a tailored rate.

Meet Anastasia, the founder of Somerset Housesitters. With a lifelong passion for pets and after spending a few years on the books with a number of well known house and pet sitting websites, Anastasia identified a gap in the market for reliable and high-quality housesitting services. Growing up in Somerset, Anastasia's love for animals was nurtured by her parents who owned and ran a kennels and cattery, where she helped take care of a variety of animals, as well as the family pets from dogs and cats to horses, pigs and reptiles. In March 2020, after a lifelong career in high-end Hospitality both at home and across the World, Anastasia decided on a career change to pursue house-sitting full-time, leveraging her experience running online businesses to build Somerset Housesitters. Her exceptional service and attention to detail have quickly earned her a reputation as a sought-after housesitter, often booked months in advance, hence why growing the team at Somerset Housesitters is an ongoing project!

To ensure that we can tailor our services to your specific needs, we kindly ask that you fill out our contact form with some essential details about your pets and home.Please provide us with a brief description of your pets, including their breed and age. We also ask that you include the location of your home, the rough dates and duration of the sit, and how long your pets are comfortable being left on their own (if at all).
